What abbreviations do you use as a PM for speedy note-taking?

CA Control Account
CCB Change Control Board
COQ Cost Of Quality
DUR Duration
PM Project Manager
PMIIS Project Management Information System
PMO Program/Project Management Office
PS Planned Start Date
QA Quality Assurance
QC Quality Control
SWAG Sophisticated Wild Ass Guess
TS Target Start date

the symbols for greater than and less than didn't show up, but you probably already use these.

eob - end of business

I try to use acronyms that are common in my organization, in case I need to share my notes. The confusion comes when I have two organizations that use the same acronym with completely different meanings.

Maria - don't you think "inv" used for "invoice" be confused with "inventory" ?
I think this would depend on if you're note taking for yourself or others and the environment you're in.

KO - Kick off
Rev - Review
HO - Hand off
EOD - End of day
EOM - End of month
EOY - End of year
Mig - Migration
(Star) - I star anything that is on me to do.
SOW - statement of work
HD - Helpdesk
DD - due date
w/ - with
w/o - without
separately, i use / for "and, or," - Example: Create/Rev Task B Steps
App - application

I have a TON of technical acronyms used in our environment too.

I prefer to use a square for things I have action to take(to do), so when done I check it
