Is there a limit to how old an on-demand webinar can be to earn PDUs?

I've enjoyed some great webinars on ProjectManagement.com, and I'm glad they're offered on-demand when I can't watch them live. Sometimes the PDUs are applied quickly, which is a nice bonus. Other times, it's like a Hitchcock movie... just waiting in suspense for something to happen. This is especially true if there are playback issues, or if the webinar is several months old. I'm not always sure whether to expect PMI credit.

Is there a time after which I should no longer expect to earn a PDU?

Hi Wade!

PDUs are applied for all credential holders who view live or recorded webinars that qualify for PDUs regardless of how long the item has been posted on ProjectManagement.com. We do our best to apply PDUs as quickly as possible, but do ask for up 2-3 weeks processing time. To learn more about PDUs on ProjectManagement.com please visit http://www.projectmanagement.com/pages/246...Management-com.

Thank you!

Thanks, that's good to know.
It hasn't been a problem for me yet, but I've wondered about it when I see older webinars.

I watched some pretty old videos for my CAPM/PMP applications - they still counted.
Great question though to confirm it!

I understand that all webinars here will give you PDUs, most recent one will post correctly in the triangle (technical, Leadership, Strategic).

Same will go for books on Project management, old book reading should still give you PDUs.

I watched some old webinars and it gave me PDUs, except in one case which I had to file a claim for PDU

I do not believe there is a limit of how a seminar is as long as it is available online here as I've watched some pretty old ones and got the PDU's.

The watching webinars on this site is the best way to earn PDU's as free , maintain your knowledge, confirm your skills and improve your competence. One you watch full video,

You can earn PDU's at one time and you can watch in any time to learn more or understand!!!

I manually post webinars to my account immediately, especially if I am taking several in a short period of time (1-2 weeks), so I don't have to monitor if they all posted or not, and so my PDU count is always current (in total and in each portion of the triangle) and so I'm not tracking the PDU's in two places.

If you type in the name of the provider (projectmanagement.com) and type part of the name of the webinar, a list of matches will show up, then you can choose the correct webinar, and the hours will automatically spread to the appropriate areas of the triangle.
