Kevin, as far as I know, BitCoin was released in 2009, during these last years, some big companies already accepted this kind of payment, this is not the only cryptocurrency that are or were in our environment, anyway the principal concerns that I've observed regarding this topic is the legal status of this currencies, because they are different from one country to another.
As IT PM, I've worked in different companies (with different sizes) , with a lot of different payment methods, but for the moment, I've never seen this implementation.
Will be interesting if there are in this community some members that already used it, and share this experiences.
I'll be interested to know some topics, as profile of users, percentage of payments at month...how integrated this kind of currency in the ERP for the accounting balances... Saving Changes...
