We're in the process of finalizing our decision to go to MS Project Server 2002 and Sharepoint Portal. I would be interested as well on how other implementations have gone. Saving Changes...
We have selected MS Project 2002/project server/sharepoint as our enterprise pm solution and are in the process of configuring the software now. We hired an experienced consulting firm to assist us through this process. A consultant was recommended by Microsoft. What size organization/pmo do you have? Which features are desired to be implemented - status reporting, effort based schedules? These topics raise the most concern in my organization. Saving Changes...

We are planning to implement Microsoft Project Server 2002 with MS Project Professional and Project Web Access clients (about 400 clients). I need help on deciding on time tracking for all project resources in our company. The decision before us is to use Microsoft Project Server or Changepoint for time tracking and chargeback to accounting systems for cost tracking. Any suggestion is appreciated. Saving Changes...

Dear Serge, you can call Microsoft or any of their certified partners for MS Project Server. One such firm that our customers have commented positively to us on is EPM Solutions. You can find them at www.epmsolutions.net. They have over 50 customers and offer a wide range of EPM services including Project Server hosting..! Good luck. – Mark Perry, VP of Customer Care, BOT International Saving Changes...
