Portfolio level PM metrics

Does anyone have any PM metrics at a portfolio level that they can share with me? I'm trying to show management where we stand relative to project delivery, and would love to know where others are and what some benchmarks are.
Things I'm looking for are:
- % of projects delivered on time
- % of projects delivered over/under budget
- Average days delivered early/late
- Average % of cost variance
- % of projects delivered over/under effort
- Average % of effort variance

That kinda thing. Thanks in advance!
