How will you define ethical decision making? Do you see the importance of values and culture in ethical decision making? Share your thoughts.

Culture will definitely play a role, however if you live in an unethical cultural environment, you need to keep reminding yourself of sound ethics. Your thinking easily gets influenced or desensitized by the culture you live in. Hence as Project Managers, we need to keep going back to the PMI Code of Ethics, in order to keep ourselves on the straight ethical route.
Using the tools PMI provides you with is a good way to ensure your decision making is ethical.

Great question!
To me, the most important part is to calmly evaluate all the alternatives, without jumping to conclusions!
Ethical decision-making involves a choice context!

In this case, I found very helpful PMI's EDMF: https://www.pmi.org/-/media/pmi/documents/...g-framework.pdf
