How to manage priorities in a project without conflict when reporting to two or more supervisors?

-Understand the expectations from each of your supervisors
-Prioritize the tasks (In case of conflicts, discuss with your bosses and take your best shot )
-Have frequent interactions, so that you are very clear on their needs to avoid any rework
-Be ready to stretch your timings during the initial months

Only by collaboration conflicts can be resolved permanently. Schedule a meeting with the supervisors and come-up with a mechanism for handling such issues.

Lay out your priorities clearly so you can see how they are overlapping / competing / etc.... Trello boards could help :)
