I recently gave a presentation on how Project Management works at NASA (where I grew up). I just touched on the highlights of how NASA manages projects.

One question at the end was: “How come you guys spent so much money when SpaceX can do it for next to nothing?” This is, of course, a popular misconception that I won’t dive into here.
