Warehouse Renovation project

I'm looking to start a warehouse renovation project and would like to send a survey for best practices, area(s) of improvement and am looking for a template. Does anyone know or have a template?

Yes - technical for sure.
How do we need to use the Warehouse and Integration Lab based on the services the company is providing today and anticipated to provide in the future
- Project Flow – from initial equipment receipt, to various ways we stage the equipment, to build in the integration lab, so post-build activities, to eventual shipping to customer site
- Who does what? What are the right roles and responsibilities amongst the team ?
- What are we missing? What are our customers asking for?

The ultimate goals are to improve our processes and capacity, and create a showcase environment in the Warehouse and Integration Lab that showcases the dedication to the highest standards and professionalism of the company.

Hi, today I have been locking for some information about warehouse installation & renovation projects. Just scouting if you already develop something you can share with the community. If not, bear in mind I probably will develop something as reference. Thanks in advance for your kind support

Unfortunately I do not have a template for this but that looks like planning the whole project so I'd say better do a brainstorming session with all key stakeholders and you should be able to get most of the answers.
