Never talk about project management. Talk about all surrounded a project and all process will appear. For example, why do you start a project? to create a product/service/result. Why do you need it? To capture an market opportunity. Do you assure 100% you will capture it? Not. Then here comes project risk. Will you make any type of work in your project? Not. Then here comes project scope.
