Hello All,

In Project Scope Management - Collect Requirements - Tools and Techniques - Group Creativity Techniques, "Delphi Technique" is not mentioned along with other 5 techniques however I believe it should be there.

Please share your thoughts.

Hi Anupam,

It is true that it comes under Group Decision Making Techniques but I believe Delphi can even be used for Group Creativity Techniques.

Isn't it?

I thing it will generate creativity, but it not the main usage.
