I'm wondering if anyone knows of a site which focuses on several methodologies and breaks them down to show their steps? I'm not the most experienced PM and know there may be better methodologies out there for change mgmt & app development. I would just like to view different ones to see what I may be missing. Scott, the attached Acrobat file gives you an overview of the various SW development methodologies in the marketplace. That said, the methodology you go with must be in accordance with your company's culture, goals, strategies, budget, and level of project management maturity.
