Resource management software

I'm looking for recommendations for either installed or web-based resource management software. I'm currently using Exepron to track projects using CCPM methodology. The resource management piece of the software looks at group capacity instead of individual capacity. I need to be able to pull report showing individual capacity and date of time of time tasks being worked on

Hi Russell, not sure if you are aware of - JIRA, WRIKE, and Smartsheet. These might suit your need.

If it's a software development project, JIRA would be the best bet otherwise you can go with a simpler solutions like Basecamp or Trello.
