I noticed that your working as a field supervisor which is great way to earn PM experience so your next target should be PMP. You can read about it for now, compare to what you do, strengthen your skills in the areas where you see u need more concentration on. Being part of this community here will make you benefit a lot as well.

There is no short-cut to success or climbing the ladder. But generally speaking, this is purely my point of view, you need to gain more skills and experiences, network with right group people and look for opportunities to lead and be a good team player.

You already hold certifications related to PM area. Adding PMP in the list will increase you profile visibility.

However, there are no short cut routes. I agree with Ahmad, "you need to gain skills and experience".

Don’t think about it… just do it! The CAPM expires after 3 years so why re-certify? Go for the PMP which is life-time achievement provided you maintain your PDUs.

As a supervisor, I’m sure you’ve been assigned tasks. Well, I’m sure some of those tasks can be translated into projects so your experience as a Project Manager can possibly be justified.

Best of luck!

Go for the PMP certification, as soon you have the experience.
Participate to local PMI chapter, you will be more visible

Note
PMP is lifetime, just need to cumulate PDU
Prince2 need recertification each 5 years!
