Looking for software which include all in one Project management + Task Management + Time Manangement. May be it Task Management + Time Manangement fully integrated with Microsoft project. This software will plan to use in big company with local server for security.
May be you use something with these features;
1. Project Plan Management (important) [ Like in Microsoft Project, hierarchy for tasks is needed. System may not include project management feature, but it can have integration with Microsoft Project ]
2. User rigths for task and processes (important) [ Reduce visible for task and projects . Each user can view tasks and projects which is assigned or made visible for him ]
3. Task Management (Important) [ Task management is different from task in project plan. Plan task is more common and have lack of details. Plan task can have plan dates which can passed without execution. Task management is base for time tracking and timesheet ]
4. Organized WorkFlow (optional) [ Make task which follow by specific path, which is created by flowchar. ]
5. Internal messaging linked to the task (Important) [ Like Whatsapp\Outlook chat with screenshots and attachments ]
6. Customizing, API , programm language (important) [ To castomize for company needs - rules for flowchart, export import operation ]
7. Manual Time Management (important) [ TimeSheet can be entered manually ]
8. Time Management like Time Tracking (important) [ Automatic TimeTracking (Play, Pause), TimeTracking correction ]
9. Manual import Time Management data (important) [ TimeSheet import from Excel ]
10. Search by HashTag (important) [ #Hashtag like in social network or full database search ]
11. Looks like Rich Internet Application (optional) [ ]
12. Only stand alone server for company because of security resasons (important) [ Stand alone server + thin client required ]

As others said, there is no SW covering all of your requirements.
We are using a "system" integrating MS Project Enterprise Server (task and resource planning and monitoring), Sharepoint (task description, action items, reporting, documentation, ...), SAP (cost management) and for additional communication/collaboration, beside Lync/Skype, blueKiwi Magellan. By this most of your needs are covered, including security requirements by running the servers inhouse. A company specific "PM Portal" grants access based on given rights.
All this was not done in a day (also not in 7 days). Think about a roadmap with your goals on the timeline, starting with a market research (you already have initiated), what should come first, what are the next steps... Saving Changes...

I think You shouldnt use more products, if You can have all in one. This is for future project managers... who should think out of the box...
