I am working on my first internal communication plan that would establish the methods for team communication, meetings, etc. I was wondering if anyone with expierence with this would have some suggestions? Saving Changes...
Hi John, I am a bit late replying to your post. While the approach to communication planning is basically the same from project to project, there are differing tools and techniques that you can employ based upon the size of your team, length and complexity of your project, location of your team members, etc. We enjoy using SharePoint and Windows Messenger in support of our PM Process and our project team communications and collaboration, especially for the remote team members. But, we also make a point to not forget the importance of face-to-face project team meetings as well. Generally speaking, keep it simple and keep it effective - but don't forget that tools are there to help. Good Luck. -- Mark Perry, VP of Customer Care, BOT International Saving Changes...
