Business Intelligence Outsourcing Requirements Management Strategy

Hello everyone. I'm hoping for some thought leadership from the group. I'm currently working on a technology strategy project focused on HR / Payroll / Benefits reporting and analytics in an outsourcing model. The focus is on these metrics and reports both from the outsourcing service bureau, as well as the end customer who enters into the outsourcing arrangement.

Can anyone share any best practices in those analytics, requirements, etc? It would be a big help.
