Thesis topic/Research topic in project management,

My personal area of interest is the interaction of people. I mostly work in software project management where the interaction of people (business vs. technology, project managers vs. project team, developers vs. testers, etc) is the most important component to project success.

In your industry, what is the most important component to a successful project? What is the area that interests you the most? What is your passion?

We will all have great ideas, but this will be your thesis. You will put your heart and soul into it. You should love what you are writing about.
