Microsoft Project and Project Libre are great... but, what similar web-based PM tool is dominant / worth learning?
Atlassian's Jira is a good example a web-based issue tracking program... something like this but tailored for PM. Basecamp is again, more issue tracking... Saving Changes...
Have you used either of these products? I'm looking for a popular alternative to MS Project... I am aware of the following issue tracking / workflow enhancement web apps (not the same as PM software necessarily) -- just don't know which one wins out and is closest to providing functionality closest to MS Project:
