Thanks for the feedback Rami, I admit that the idea is a new one and I am still not sold on the concept. In my organization it may bring some better political power for the PMO though.
I'll be honest, years ago, the first time I saw in a stakeholder mail signature this CPO I thought that he was the chief procurement officer (CPO)... Saving Changes...

Great feedback! I am with you all that there is some level of uncertainty about the new title and if it really is necessary or just a buzz word title. In my organization, I could see it adding a great deal of legitimacy to the PMO. Saving Changes...
