It seems like PM.com should be able to automatically report them...

Yes, webinars PDU's will be automatically reported. Ive watched over 60 webinars and they were all self-reported.

Same thing for me! It says it would take 2 weeks to appear on the PMI Credentials page, but my PDU was approved the next day! Pretty cool.

The webinars are automatically added to your PMI profile. It takes less than 2 weeks actually. Sometimes though if you do not complete the entire webinar it will not count.

Except for online events (PMXPO, Symposium, etc.), PDUs from webinars are self reported in 24-48 hrs.

In My Account, PDUs Awarded section I see "All Category C PDUs will need to be self-reported to PMI." The following three webinars fall into this category...

1) Maximize Your PMP Salary Potential 67 min
2) Integrating Project Management Learning Outcomes a ... 68 min
3) North America Congress Highlights – Key Take-Aways ... 59 min

Daniel, I took a look at one of the webinars you mentioned "Maximize Your PMP Salary Potential". I noticed at the bottom it said make sure you are logged into ProjectManagement.com when viewing. I wanted to check if you were logged in while viewing; maybe this is the reason it is showing ".... need to be self-reported to PMI". Please let us know what you find as to why it is not reporting automatically. I would email ProjectManagement.com directly. They are very good at assisting on things like this.

Hi Daniel, this particular issue had me curious. I have experienced the same thing you did. I viewed one of the webinars you had listed and in fact... it showed up under a ""All Category C PDUs will need to be self-reported to PMI.". At the end of the webinar, there was a slide explicitly saying "If you watched the LIVE webinar and preregistered... you were all set" and the PDU would be reported automatically and there was nothing else you needed to do; BUT if "you watched the RECORDED webinar or did not pre-register", you have to self-report the PDU using the activity code provided in the slide. I then went to the CCRS system at PMI and recorded the PDU and it was shortly thereafter accepted and claimed. They also said if you needed any assistance, contact [email protected]. So, this particular webinar was provided through PMI, not ProjectManagement.com. I hope this helps.
