Why would you expect a project implementing blockchain to be different than any other project you managed? Saving Changes...
I'd suggest the risks will be the same as with any emerging technology such as:
1. Larger expectations gaps between customers and delivery team members
2. A greater volume of technical unknowns
3. Low availability of subject matter experts
4. Increased likelihood of functional or non-functional constraints when compared with tried & true solutions
