Hello Prabhu,
if you do use the search function i am sure you can find several templates already which are kind of what you searching for and which you can use as a basis for customizing it to your needs.

Hi Markus,
Thank for the suggestion.Actually I found a template that can be used for a single project.I need to design a consolidated sheet depicting milestone status of all projects so that it can be used by PMO.
Regards,
Prabhu

Rolling up KPI's across a program generally requires using some sort of PMIS; SharePoint (with add-ins), Project Server, Project Online, or other PM software. Using excel (assumed what you're asking for), one would need to manually collect information then using macros, pivots, etc., to aggregate data into a separate worksheet. Sounds like an interesting project. Let us know what you come up with. Saving Changes...

Hi Andrew,
As you assumed correctly,I am searching for an excel based sheet rather than using a PMIS. Saving Changes...

You can find a lot of templates into the internet and inside projectmanagement.com templates section. But the worst thing you can do is to use a template without talking with yours stakeholders to undestand the information they need from you. Saving Changes...

Another idea, if Microsoft Project is used, is to keep each project as it's own file, while maintaining a master project file that brings the individual projects in as sub-projects. You can the use the reporting features built within project.
Again, unaware of the tools used within your organization, and as Sergio states, what senior leadership is specifically looking for. Saving Changes...

Hello Andrew,
Currently we are using a tool Kwantify to view project metrics for each individual project.
Hello Prabhu,
There are 2 things in any report.
1. Content - your above post provides this information.
2. Presentation
-- The aim of the report is to provide enough information to the senior management to make the right decisions. It is important to decide the level of detail for each of the above information (example: Milestone status - is it at project, program level or at portfolio level; only contractual milestones or internal milestones also) to be provided.
-- How you want to represent the information, is it in a tabular form or a graphical view. You may find infographic reports interesting if you want to provide the report in graphical form. Just search for infographic project reports in google. Saving Changes...
