Based on your experiences what are the DOs and DONTs in the new company in the first 90 days to establish a mark of myself.

Thanks

Hi Bala,

Congratulations on the new job.

I completely agree with "Joao Minhota's" comments.

Congrats on the new job.

I would say maintain the fundamental behaviors: Respect, Listen first, Clarify expectations, and practice accountability (yourself and others).

Little by little you will learn the company culture and see how everyone operates. I would take mental notes on who some of the key players are, what they do, and what they may have to offer.

Be yourself, be energetic and positive, show that you're always looking and willing to learn. No matter what level our skills may be, there's always room to learn.

Focus on your PM fundamentals. Take your previous experience and approach the future in a similar manner, but leaving room for adaptation. Remain flexible and communicate, communicate, communicate.

And most of all - be present. Always remain present and you will stay on top of things.
