Hello Everyone! I'm new to this project management and also I have this responsibility to come out with a good project I have no clue where to start and how can I begin the idea and to have a perfect project. I appreciate if any of you could share any tips and experience how to adapt to this management and projects and what could possibly be the best project planning to have a good management. I thank you in advance!!!

Hi, I have written a post that describes 15 Reasons Why People Failed the PMP Exam - This will help you in determining what you should do and what you should avoid. For example you must attend a training course and you should read PMBOK Guide. But you should not overtly rely on free sources (some free sources are good). All the best.

Good read Praveen. Thanks for sharing.

Many concepts in PMBOK Guide might be hard to understand if aspirants can't remove their own habitual approaches in their real project management. Think differently as per the PMI's ways mainly included in PMBOK Guide.

Just try and do as many free PMP exam questions as possible and try to learn from the answers provided. You won't agree with some of the answers, but try and understand the reasoning behind the answers from PMP perspective. Don't try to remember the questions, focus on the reasoning behind the correct response.

I would recommend Career Academy (http://bit.ly/2fnjzjJ) for PMP and CAPM training and exam prep courses. They have a good price for their annual membership and they are PMI Registered Education Provider (REP). Career Academy is an institution that offers online on-demand video-based learning solutions for IT Networking, Cyber Security, Project Management and Office Professionals. You can prepare for the certification exams by taking courses from Career Academy.
