The videos is not clear on iPhone do I need to install specific software to be clear

I tried seeing videos of wibnars on my iPhone but I could not control the screen
I ask if there is any software I have to install to get a good view and could control
The screen

Some videos do not work well with iphones but they do work well with ipads.
