I was honored to be part of a dynamic group that just finished the Hybrid PMO workshop in Scottsdale, AZ this past week. One of our Open Space topics pertained to preparing to communicate to our organizations on Monday morning what we learned this week. We had an awesome discussion about preparing that compelling story but wondered what has worked for some of you that completed this workshop over the last year. Suggestions?

We were excited to get on with the next phase of our PMO. We left feeling that we had done good work so far and now could see the next steps. the workshop was great and it was wonderful to meet everyone.
