Please share some thoughts on emotional stakeholders, how to deal with them?

Hello Anupam, it's always important to understand the stakeholders' expectations. However, considering time and resources are finite, you have to analyze and prioritize stakeholders based on importance. For critical stakeholders, I get as much information as I can, creating a persona / profile to help in defining engagement strategies effectively.
