Maturity model, what to use?

Many Maturity model exist PMI OPM3 there is CMMI. Is there a model you have experience in and that is not industrie specific. Often CMMI is believe to be IT only, is that your understanding?

Best Maturity model that is not industry specific?

CMMI is not industry specific. It does offer versions tailored to specific areas, for example development, acquisition and services

Great suggestion, Sergio. Of course, you can also use the Team Software Process if you wish to extend it to your whole team.
