What Happen to Dave's NASA PM stuff?

It's been moved to "blog-land" on this site. I've continued it a bit and am up to 3 articles. Hopefully, I'll do one a week until I run out of memories.

I've added to my NASA PM blog. This time its cost / schedule / EVA. So far I've covered 4 of the 6 things each PM must know -- all the time. Only two more, and then I'll start telling stories. :)

Just posted the "Sixth" thing that a NASA PM must be able to defend / understand about their projects. It took a LOT of editing from the NASA standards, but I think it's readable.
