Which of the following Agile Manifesto philosophy supports delivering business value to customer?

A. Individuals and interactions over processes and tools
B. Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
C. Working software over comprehensive documentation
D. Responding to change over following a plan

My answer is C . The website says B .

Please explain your choice.

My Answer is C because you need to always determine the needs of the customer "at that point of time" as per the market demands(customer needs will change dynamically as per market needs and you will understand only when you collaborate with customer continuously not when you stick to the original plan/scope mentioned in the contract).

Regarding C Software may be working perfectly but it may not the customers requirements at the current moment.

I think the key word here is 'support'. Working software is the business value. Customer collaboration is the support system that helps in delivering business value.

I think you have to broaden the idea of "value". To a customer, there is more value gained in the relationship than the product.

If you look at it from the point of view of not bounding your customer, B is the only one that purposely tries to not constrain you and your customer.

I say all of the answers add value in one shape or form.
