I am getting ready to engage a vendor to perform requirements gathering, application support and project management --- does anyone have advice on how to overcome the language barrier with a vendor that doesn't speak English as a primary language? Any advice on how to construct the Statement of Work to ensure the project participants contracted within a vendor are fluent with written and conversational English?
