I often find myself trying to influence existing processes. Many are organizational assets that need to evolve to meet new opportunities and new technology.
While much of that influence happens during project closure, through the lessons learned, I also try to do it throughout the project so my project can benefit from process improvements, not just the next project. Saving Changes...
