Are PMI-RMP® and C31000 competency or complement?

Hello Demetrius. The differences between the two certifications that I know are: C31000 certification is for people who focus on risk management at any level of the organization with emphasis on the strategic risks, processes risk, risks in operations, risks in infrastructure, etc. and can also act in projects. The RMP certification is very specific for people who focus on risk management projects. The most important thing is that the risk management processes used both certifications are very similar.
