I don't have an specific WBS for this, but usually to deploy a new software the first level of WBS might be: Software, Infrastructure, Training and Security. If your company has branchs in different locations, you could set the locations in the firts level of the WBS instead.
Numerous variations of this you could set, as an example, you could work in the Software stream (development or acquisition, Validation, Set up), for the whole company and the others streams (Infra, Training and Security) you could work for each branch separately.
