In most construction projects in which I participated, I found a insipiente risk management, from the point of view of the project and whenever I asked what aspects have been analyzed on the subject, the answer is Yes! we have a team that ensures the safety of operating personnel !, but nothing more ... it worries me, because the other knowledge areas are left without risk analysis in construction and it carry us on to reprocess every time, over and over again. We are settled without an output that can afford to look at risk management as a strategic measure that can enhance the success of the projects. Saving Changes...
