We all want to succeed but sometimes it´s not clear since we try to avoid making mistakes and that very often means not succeeding.

I appreciate your comments

My main objective is to succeed. That may involve mistakes, or not. Whether a BA or PM, we are there to ensure the needs/requirements of the customer are met. The important thing, is what you do if and when a mistake is made.
I couldn't agree more. So in your case you "fail forward". I mean, when you fail, you probably reflect, don´t act differently since your main objective is the same, and find other way toward the success of the project. Could you tell us any tip in your experience about what yo do when a mistake is made? Thank you

Project management is achieving balance among time, cost & quality We can link mistakes with quality. If you make too many mistakes how can you achieve goals? You can avoid minor mistakes not hindering quality significantly and still you are able to achieve goal.
