I surround myself with other Project Managers within the company and learn from them. I ask questions to them as to how they handled certain situations and what they wish they knew first off that would help improve them. I am also throwing myself into much more Project Management education that I can to ensure I am staying up to date on the latest information that comes out.

in my free time I get envolve in non profit organization, it is chalenging to manage people in these environement, because they are volenteers, and that itself teach you some leadership skils especially on how to motivate your team
