I find myself attempting to surround myself with some of smartest and wisest people that I know both professionally and personally. I want to know about their failures as well as successes. I'm new to the PM world I decided to start by networking and inhaling as much as I can about the PM world. I'm open to any advice anyone can provide me.

There are so many ways to grow and being on PM.com is a great start. I look for webinars that relate to my projects or an area I want to develop. My work also has some great training available both internally developed and via Skillsoft. Much of my free time is spent reading or taking an online course with an emphasis toward the soft skills that are so important to a PM.

Thanks for the comments Rick. As I can imagine, the areas you want to develop are the ones that you have previously reflect on. That´s very important. Probably it can be a waste of time if we just do, instead of previously have reflected on what we want. I can´t agree with you more. Soft skills are more important than ever. Soft skills were, are and will be crucial. Nowadays soft skills are the keystone.
