What a great piece of advice! . Indeed that’s a step forward and further. Being a mentor of a group of people with different expertise and help them has to be absolutely rewarding. I commit myself to mentoring a group of professional this upcoming year.

That is a very good idea Kimberly. Unfortunately we dont have a PM dept within the company, at least not yet. I want to position myself to be the first to get involved the the opportunity presents itself.
