Lot of tutorials available on net and Primavera manual is also good to explain P6 features. I learnt P6 like this method only. Important thing is fundamental of planning & scheduling tools can be learnt quickly.

There are lots of tutorials, training videos and training notes available on internet. Some websites provide really good resources for Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and basics of project management.  Also you can visit other websites and buy training videos from udemy.

A lot of recommendations have been offered in this thread. However, I would like to commend you for your lifelong learning approach and appetite for knowledge and continuous improvement in your skills in this subject area. As a PM or potential PM, we must remain curious, continually update our credentials, and be lifelong learners, thereby helping our team. Goodluck!
