Are these mutually exclusive credentials or is there some duplicity with multiple credentials.
Also are you aware if the PMI have these statistics including the native language of the members?

If I compare to number of people by country here at PM.com the difference is important, I understand that not all are certified here.

Obviously, a big portion of the PMP holders (96.5%) have chosen to not participate in the Register. The question becomes whether the distribution of those in the directory is representative of all PMPs.
Only 26,000 for all active credentials? That means very few few people in the list do not have a PMP certification. It would be interesting to find out if they are CAPM working towards a PMP.
