Meeting agenda

Hi All,

I am going to meet the focal point of the business for the first time as project manager for a project which has started sometime back and still in planning stage.

Can you please suggest me what should be the meeting agenda and how to take it forward/how to be proactive/how to take initiative as it is a recurrent meeting on a weekly basis.
