I think the best thing, though not easy, is to eradicate bullying at school.
If you want to remove bad habits, like fighting, from a team sport must start in the younger leagues to habituate the children to not incorporate the unwanted behaviour early on.
As long as we have children who bully and are bullied at school, these behaviours will move up into the workplace with them as they grow older. Saving Changes...

While some countries (the EU, Australia, New Zealand and parts of Canada) have passed legalization making it illegal, much of the world has yet to take such a bold step. Some argue that it's industry-specific or worse in come cultures than others. However, I've heard stories from every industry and many countries.
From the Middle East to America to India, the problem continues.

Work bullying is indeed worse in some industries more than other (Like Construction) and in some cultures more than others. From your experience, what factors play a pivotal role in making bullying worse in some specific industries and/or cultures ? Saving Changes...
