Go to the bottom of any page on this web site and select Submit Content under the Content header.
You will see on the new page that Webinar is one type of content you can submit.
Once you submitted the information, someone will set up a meeting with you to discuss how it works and set date for your dry-run and your presentation.
Someone will be assigned to help you with your webinar.

Hi Asif,
In addition to what Stephane mentioned, please make sure it is not about marketing your product because PMI doesn't allow marketing of personal products unless you want to talk about the project management itself.
By the way, If you are interested in highlighting your tool listing or advertise some product, take in mind that you can contact also with the advertising department.
