Can anyone provide me the rough WBS and Activity details for "Clarifier Inspection and Repair Project", as urgent.

I’ll be highly oblized to get any feed back.
Any additional guidelines or job knowledge also will highly help me.

Hello Sharique,

have you searched the template database here at pm.com; i am sure you will find a lot of sample WBS and project plans. May be not the exact one that you need, but with a bit effort by your own it could work out.

THe one from Seema seems also be a good starting point (well done, Seema!).

Have you look-up site specific to your industry (aviation) I have work close to that industry and they have real specific need.

I would look at site of manufacturing company from that industry and maybe organization such as IATA and ICAO.

Here at ProjectManagement.com it would be a general WBS, aviation can have very specific requirement that would impact your WBS
