delay analysis software?

I’m curious about delay analysis. Does this require special software, or can I do it in Excel (2003 version)? If so, how do I begin?

Hi,
Delay Analysis does not require special software, it is usually performed using the same software you used to produce the schedule.
There is not magic button for doing Delay Analysis, there are several techniques that can be used for performing Delay Analysis and Forensic Planning.
