For me, Leadership settled in quickly. I am an athlete coach, so the mindset of making the people around you better at what they do is a lifestyle. Leadership has given me a much more confident voice in many situations. I do not second guess myself as much, but I can always work on that. Leadership has helped me bridge the gap between older generations and the more recent ones. Networking is another skill I have grown to love that Project Management deals with.

How about you

Great question Brenden. My favorites are -

1. Effective and Efficient Communication
2. Talent Acquisition and Management
3. Resource Management
Talent acquisition interests me. As a coach I love guys like Bill Belichik who can go out and find guys who no one else wanted. Yet, they are the hardest workers and have no problem shining on his team. Do you have any experiences you wouldn't mind sharing? I would love to learn from it

I find that I can steer a conversation pretty well. The issue is that sometimes I over-speak and steer it in the wrong direction! ha. Also, what are some actions you take to steer a conversation? Do you mean hand motions and such? Or do you mean with interactive things like paper prototypes.
Steering with experience and knowledge that potentially can influence the direction of a discussion, decision, or effort.
