Could you please expand on the word "feedback?" Are you looking for info on the concepts and/or implementation of CCPM? Single, or multi-project environment? Are you looking for case study experiences? Are you in the process of deciding to use it, or have you decided to use it and are looking for advice or help in implementing it?

One place to start is this CCPM faq page. There's also a yahoogroups email discussion list dedicated to the subject here.

We started this year the implementation of CCPM in turnaround maintenance management. Got good results in reduced term (one of the TA went from 60 to 50 days), focus, teamwork, and especially in proactive risk management. In practice, the big difference that we feel over conventional methods based on the critical path with resource leveling, it was really a behavioral approach and the creation of a sense of overall value rather than local value that the critical path ends up causing. People better understand the impact on the whole and seek, together, act in the critical chain.

"It is an important and popular fact that things are not always what they seem. For instance, on the planet Earth, man had always assumed that he was more intelligent than dolphins because he had achieved so much -- the wheel, New York, wars and so on -- whilst all the dolphins had ever done was muck about in the water having a good time. But conversely, the dolphins had always believed that they were far more intelligent than man -- for precisely the same reasons."
