We started this year the implementation of CCPM in turnaround maintenance management. Got good results in reduced term (one of the TA went from 60 to 50 days), focus, teamwork, and especially in proactive risk management. In practice, the big difference that we feel over conventional methods based on the critical path with resource leveling, it was really a behavioral approach and the creation of a sense of overall value rather than local value that the critical path ends up causing. People better understand the impact on the whole and seek, together, act in the critical chain. Saving Changes...
