Help with a Facilities Move

Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)

Has anyone here ran an office moving project? I have the dubious honor of managing the movement of our 12000 sq.ft. office to a 6000 sq.ft space. The bonus is that the tenants of the 6000 sq. ft. space are moving into our building. Kind of like "Trading Spaces" but with much more pain. Any help would be mucho appreciated!

Thanks for the quick response, Pat. What I am looking for is some sort of template (MS Project) or WBS. Something to use as a framework.
